Hi I am Gokila, Like I said in the pros and cons, Nissan Sunny is best in its class for the pricing. Though current price has increased upto 1.0 lakh from the time when I purchased one year back.
But problem comes in the form of dealership or I wonder is this a NISSAN management problem itself.
One should not feel awkard when it comes to service. I took my car from Marvel Nissan, Salem. The whole team is incompetent, arrogant and negligent.
If u want to buy a car from Nissan, better do not commit accident. Unfortunately If u met with an accident, the dealers will make you feel horrible why I have purchased this damn car. They will tell you idiotic reasons and drag it to 9 months and still not sure whether you will get the delivery before your insurance is expired.
If u can go through this terrible service from NISSAN management and its incompetent dealears you can blindly go and purchase NISSAN cars.
Everything is good about the car. Best is its cabin space, leg room and rear passenger comfortPickup can be improve. And as always with every car dealer, Nissan has also got worst dealer

Exterior Looks are appealing.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Lot of leg space and fairly comfortable seating. Upholstery is not that great.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Average like most other cars but engine pick up of the car is good.
Ride Quality & Handling Smooth ride since I drive an automatic. AFTER SALES SERVICE TECHNICIANS ARE UNSKILLED AND UNABLE TO SOLVE ANY ISSUES IN THE CAR. AC CONKS OFF EVERY WEEK ALMOST!
Final Words Do not recommend Sunny Nissan to anyone! My car went 5 times to service centre within 1 year since AC does not work every week and they are unable to sort it out. They will charge you unnecessarily for parts when that is not the issue at all.
Areas of improvement AIR CONDITIONING IS VERY POOR QUALITY! UPHOLSTERY CAN BE BETTER! LOT OF COMMUNICATION ISSUES WITHIN THE STAFF AT SERVICE CENTRE. EVERYONE SAYS DIFFERENT THINGS - THEY ARE UNSURE ABOUT CHARGING FOR PICK UP AND DROP. DIFFERENT PEOPLE SAY DIFFERENT THINGS.
UNSKILLED TECHNICIANS AND SALES STAFF AS CAR ISSUES ARE NOT SORTED OUT.

I bought a Datsun GO T car from NISSAN showroom in Sector-3 Noida.
At the time of booking they provided a breakup of total amount in the booking form. So I paid what they asked.
But When I received all the documents and bills, I found a huge difference in total amount.
It was a Rs. 26000 difference in ex-showroom price, Rs. 1299 in RTO/Registration charges, Rs. 7550 in insurance, which sums up to Rs. 34849.
When I asked to refund the extra amount paid, they simply refused. They told me that they charged what they told me earlier. When I asked to provide the bills, they failed to provide the same.
It is clearly a fraud, I am not asking for a discount but asking for bills for whatever I paid. So, It is clearly a cheating.
Another thing is delay in RC, I booked the car on 22 Aug 2016 and after loan approval and other formalities I finally got the car delivery on 27 Aug 2016 and paid the remaining amount on the same day. I have receipts of whatever I paid. They provided the RC on 19 Oct 2016, in almost 2 months, I was promised and assured that the Registration Certificate(RC) of the car would be provided to me within 15 days.

Please dont buy any NISSAN OR DATSUN cars as after sale service is very bad ,n froud people at service stations.
Guys I Bought NISSAN SUNNY on APR2016,after 10000 kms running on of fuel station was filled PETROL in a disel car hance on a same time I towed my car to a service station n comleted all documentation formality for better service.
Next day I found NISSAN SERVICE stn guy was driving MY FUEL mixed car ,I Stopped him n ask why he is driving as its comes for FUEL mixing problem but he said there is no problem as petrol mixed in a disel n he countinous then they charge me 9500 rs n return a car .
After few days cars FUEL INJECTOR start giving noice n performance was also down i tooked my car to a service station n after deep scanning they reply FUEL INJUCTORS are damaged n repair cost is 40000 par injector so for four injector 160000.and it will not cover under warrenty as earlier car was reported for Mixed fuel.shocking!
So guys I brought my car without driving but a service stn person drove my car and damage a INJECTOR system but they refuse to do it.
I saw many clients with more or less same kind of experience at NISSAN SERVICE STN ,So guys dont buy NISSAN CARS.

Have Purchased NISSAN Sunny/XV in the year 2014 in Varanasi and within a years time the AC in the cold mode was was not working. By this time the car was used only for 1500 kms. Every time the service center used to give some or the other stories until the last month when they said the AC Compressor is faulty & must be changed with new one, customer must bear the entire cost. At the time of purchase I was told anything faulty will be replaced if I opt for higher insurance hence I opted for higher insurance wear .Two things are of serious concerns,
1.The Compressor of the Nissan Sunny XV is very poor quality
Or .We were given a faulty piece of Compressor.
Dont get attracted with goody goody promises Nissan showroom will offer.
The trust in the Nissan make is completely gone. More than this the trust Japan has achieved, has been broken hence I am forced to write such comments so that other customer can benefit with the bad experience with Nissan and their services.

Nice looking car and the mileage is good BUT The pre and post service is very bad, I bought thinking it will improve but has worsen. Only couple couple of service centre to cater all mumbai and it pathetic.
The brakes are really bad and always skides at high speeds, have asked many who own a sunny and its the same with them too.
I will not recommend you to buy this car. They may give a heavy discount to lure you be smart not to fall for it.

A good set of features like ABS, dual air-bags, Steering volume control, read seat A/C with control all at 7laks is a awesome deal.
Nissan was cleaver by adding read-row conforts like more lead room, A/C wents with control on the rear and arm room. It is owners freindly car driver by drivers.
I've had a Nissan vehicle in USA and it never had any big technical problems. Nissan Sunny shares the technology from Nissan Versha in US and so I assume the engine, transmission and all should be technically very advanced.
Nissan is known for their poor marketing strategy even in the marketing capital USA. So I'm not worried about it. The only thing I'm worried is about their service. Honda and Toyota have established well and have good trained service people. VV don't give full control of to the Indian service station to maintain their reputation. Nissan is not good at both. Even in California after I bought my vehicle the servce station was closed and I had to drive a long distance for service even when I was living in a prime locality. I hope they establish good service in India.

Exterior Rear looks like a very high end car from certain angles. Front look has been compromised.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Excellent.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Little noisy during ideling, I can feel slight movemnt in the gear knob while pressing the accelerator!
Ride Quality & Handling On high ways it is really good. City drive is also decent. Getting some noise from the boot area while crossing over the humps, hope it can be fixed.
Final Words Good car for the money. Its a new car and catching peopl'e attention on roads, parking lots etc. Defenitely makes you feel proud when few people are always around the car.
Areas of improvement Audio quality, Digital Odometer GUI, gear shifts, The driver's and front passangers seat belt nut at the bottom is visible which makes the interiors look bad if noticed. It looks cheap. This should have been taken care by the designers. hope Nissan will do something about this.

I have purchased petrol version in Jan 2012. My CAAAR gives looks of luxury segment. Good aerodynamic shape. I can see people looking curiously when I am at traffic signal.

Button start, Intellegent key, BIG interior space, Smooth ride quality . The Steering is effortless. Noise level inside car is very low. The interior oin the top end XV model could have been better.Overall excellent.

I have run 100+ KM till now. CAAAR gives me 14.2 (petrol) inside city and 18.6 on highway. Engine is smooth, although the pick up should have been better on 1st and 2nd gear. The gearbox also could have been better.

Ride quality and handling is super smooth. I love driving everyday to my office.

Brillant, looks and stands apart from other cars, I own a red one so it makes it more beautiful,lights are lovely and so are the indicators. Reverse parkign sensor is a must as its a long car

Engine performence is good and very smooth as regarding sound it is in tolerable limits, gear shifting is not very smooth, mileage is disappointing, in the city of Bangalore I get only 10/liter of petrol which is heart burning, also one the first start of day you get a voom sound which subsides in few seconds. manoverablity is good and power steering is at its best, so are the power windos and power mirrors.
