    Few hundred kilometers

    I have bought a new Nissan Micra Active XV before 15 days ago. Two days ago it was crash while driving. I sent it at the Nissan Micra Showroom Shivalink Cars Pvt. Ltd. IB Nissan (Service Centre) Rajkot (India). But they told me that it would be ready after 20-25 days!! I think it is a very poor type of service. Service centre does not have parts of the car!!! In short car is so good but the Service is very very poor. 😱 I request to CEO Of Nissan Micra that if he does not glimps on such types of reviews and problems of the customer, the growth rate of company will be imballanced. It is important that u provide a good car but it is more important that u make it respectable by giving the best service to the customer. Guys pls tell me if I will celebrate with my Nissan or not?

    Comfortable to drive with wide interior space.Bad Company service.
