I bought this car just a month ago (14 June 2011) and was really concerned about after sales services and got commitment of excellent after. Sales services from dealer.
The car had a problem with AC,But the first blow when I took delivery (at night 7.30pm) there was no sign of a thrench ahead in ther premises and my driver got my new car in the trench. After that I got the car removed from the trench and then according to the advice of the salesman I sent my vehicle for service after some days. But till date my vehicle is not serviced.
I advice you not to go for this brand as they have no focus on after sales service which is actually the main concern. I spent my valuable amount on this car and really disappointed.
The salesman who used to call me at 9.00 pm about my purchase not shows me the clock when I call him for complain. Really very unco-operative persons, worst brand with worst service. Better go some other brand the company is not towards customer satisfaction only company satisfaction.
