The best value for money vehicle at 8 lakhs, time to dump Maruti and Hyundai

I pre booked the Magnite XV turbo in Nov 20 and got the vehicle in Feb 21.Even though there were some hassles in the delivery time of the vehicle. Before buying the magnite I drove almost all vehicles in the market which falls in 6 lakhs- 9 lakhs category. Coming to the pros, The best VFM vehicle at this range with almost all safety features. Magnite will give you the road presence of a SUV along with maneuverability of a hatch back. Steering feedback is good which is better than most of the hatch backs (except freestyle).the size of the vehicle impressed me since my last two cars were hatchbacks. Engine power output is great when compared to other vehicles in this segment. Back seat leg room is more than enough for me and my family. My main decision to go with Nissan is that I have a service center within 10 km range from my house. Steering  design is great and seats give you ample support. In city I am getting average of 13 km/l and on highways 19km/l. Cons: Gear knobs tend to be little harder, but it got smooth after 1st service, clutch lever could have been little more soft. Internal mirror found to be little small. Nexon was also there in my list, but removed it since my wife can drive Magnite better than Nexon and with ease. With AC and music system on, you wont feel that much vibration or sound from the engine .
