What else can you buy for the price of the Volvo XC60?

Volvo has launched their all-new XC60 for the price tag of Rs 55.90 lakhs, ex-showroom Mumbai, and they are offering just one variant, albeit a fully loaded car. And we think, for that kind of money, Volvo is offering quite a bit of car over anyone else. But still, if you want to make an informed decision, here is a list of probably everything that you can buy at a similar price.

In terms of direct competition, the Volvo XC60 comes up against a bunch of SUVs like the Audi Q5, the Mercedes-Benz GLC, the Land Rover Discovery and a few more. (You can read about that in detail here). 

But in case, you are also looking to buy a sedan, you have Volvo’s own S90 along with the all-new long wheelbase Mercedes E-Class, the BMW 520d, the Audi A5 and the Jaguar XF. For the geeks, there is the Lexus ES300h hybrid and the erstwhile Audi A6 as well. 

If you are looking for something really exclusive, go for the Audi A3 cabriolet and save a few pennies or spend a little more moolah and go for the C-Class Cabriolet. Frankly, for this amount of money, you are in for a limited number of options and unless you want a sedan, the Volvo XC60 seems to be a winner, as of now.
