Honda launched the third generation Amaze in India on 4 December. It will be sold alongside the second-generation car and is being offered with both AT and MT options across six variants and six colour options. We were there when the car was launched and have also driven it. Now here is everything that you can buy for the price of each variant of the Honda Amaze.
Honda Amaze V MT (Rs 8.04 lakh)
This is the entry-level variant of the Honda Amaze and for the first time is available both with MT and AT options. For the price of this version, you can have the Maruti Dzire VXi AMT and the Hyundai Aura SX 1.2 MT.
Honda Amaze VX MT (Rs 9.14 lakh)
The additional 1.10 lakh gets you a significant number of additional features over the base variant. For its price, you can have Maruti Dzire ZXi AMT, Hyundai SX CNG, Maruti Fronx Delta+ AMT, Toyota Glanza G AMT, Toyota Taisor S AMT, Kia Sonet HTK MT and Mahindra XUV3XO Pro 1.2 MT.
Honda Amaze V CVT (Rs. 9.24 lakh)
This is the base AT variant and for its price, you can have the Maruti Dzire ZXi AMT, Hyundai i20 Asta MT and the Maruti Fronx Delta CNG.
Honda Amaze ZX MT (Rs. 9.74 lakh)
We now move to the fully-loaded versions of the Amaze that get features like level-2 ADAS and rear AC vents. For its price, you have Maruti Dzire ZXi+ MT, Hyundai i20 Sportz (O) CVT, Maruti Fronx Delta Turbo MT and Toyota Glanza V MT.
Honda Amaze VX MT
This version is priced at Rs 90,000 over the MT variant but gets the same features both inside and outside. For the price of this version, you can have the Maruti Dzire ZXi+ AMT, Hyundai i20 Asta (O) MT, Toyota Glanza V AMT, Maruti Ciaz Delta MT and the Kia Sonet HTE diesel MT.
Honda Amaze ZX CVT (Rs. 10.94 lakh)
This is the most expensive version of the Honda Amaze you can buy with all the bells and whistles and is what is featured in our video. For its price, you can have the Hyundai i20 Asta (O) CVT, Kia Sonet HTK (O) diesel MT and Mahindra XUV3XO MX3 diesel MT.
