- To offer boot space of 385-455 litres, by sliding the rear seats
- When completely folded, the 60:40 rear seats will offer 1281 litres of boot space
- Indian version to be based on the MQB-A0-IN platform
Ahead of its global debut at the Paris Motor Show in October, fresh teaser images for the upcoming Volkswagen T-Cross have been revealed hinting at its boot space details. The international-spec five-seat vehicle will offer a minimum boot space of 385 litres and can be expanded up to 455 litres, by sliding the rear bench seat. The India spec-model will be based on the MQB-A0-IN platform and will be offered in the sub-four-metre segment.
The rear seat will be offered in 60:40 split layout and can be completely folded down to utilise the maximum 1281 litres of boot space. However, the boot space for the Indian version is likely to differ as the vehicle is expected to be introduced in the sub-four-metre space, while the international-spec model measures 4,107mm in length. At the time of its launch in India, the vehicle might be offered in dual-tone colour options as well.
More details about the vehicle will be known post its official unveiling later this year.
