The Volkswagen brand sold 6529 vehicles in the month of July 2011, a growth of 151 percent over 2597 vehicles sold in July 2010.
Despite the sluggish market, the Polo and the Vento continue to bring in the numbers for the brand with a total of 6353 units sold in July 2011.
The Jetta has been well received for the month of July, has sold 109 units. The New Jetta is scheduled to be presented in India on 17th August 2011 in Mumbai.

Ltd. said “We are pleased with the response received for our products especially the Polo despite the current market scenario. This reflects the growing customer confidence towards our carline in the market”.
