Volkswagen has introduced Magnific special edition trims for its entry-level sedan, the Vento. The special edition trim celebrates the German manufacturer’s 10 per cent jump in sales for the last month and is offered in Highline and Comfortline variants.
While the Vento Magnific trims are mechanically identical to the standard car, they get a host of creature comforts to pamper the customers. The Vento Magnific Comfortline gets alloy wheels, a Garmin navigation device and special scuff plates with Vento badging, while the Vento Highline Magnific gets a Blaupunkt infotainment system with front and rear display units and the option of 3G internet connectivity. The Vento Magnific continues to be offered with the option of a 1.6-litre petrol, a 1.2-litre petrol TSI and a 1.5-litre diesel.
Commenting on the new special edition, Mr Michael Mayer, director of Volkswagen passenger cars said, “We always strive to go the extra mile and provide more value to our customers. The Special Edition Vento Magnific is a step in that direction. Along with high standards of safety and impeccable build quality, the Vento Magnific is also equipped with extras like high-end infotainment and navigation systems, and Alloy Wheels, which we believe our customers will appreciate.”
The Vento Magnific will be available in Volkswagen showroom across the country from March 10. The sweetest part about this special edition, however, is that Volkswagen is offering these features at no extra cost and the Vento Magnific trims will continue to retail at the existing prices.
