Volkswagen India inaugurates a new workshop in Kerala

Volkswagen India has inaugurated a new workshop in Kerala today. With this new service centre in Kollam, Volkswagen has strengthened their after-sales service in the city.

The new service centre is located at Industrial Estate Road, Umayanalloor and is spread over 7,500 sq. ft. The workshop is set up by EVM Passenger Cars India Pvt. Ltd. and comprises of eight bays. This service centre will provide customers with spares and they can get their cars for general repair, maintenance, bodywork paint etc. which will be taken care of by a 26 member team.

Volkswagen India has extended their after-sales facilities in cohesion with the new dealerships. The manufacturer at present has more than 118 showrooms across 100 cities in our country. The company plans to go on a slew of car launches this year, so a backing of such sales and after-sales service is vital for delightful customer experience.
