Volkswagen has opened their third Corporate Business Centre in Bengaluru. This new outlet is located at Volkswagen Palace Cross and will provide holistic services to corporate customers.
Through this CBC, corporate customers can now connect with key relationship managers for dedicated service. The entire range of VW cars will be available with individualised attractive corporate offers. These include assured buyback options, service value packs, exclusive privileges on loyalty and a host of special benefits on service too. All of this is professionally evaluated through a mobile app with customised retail finance products offered by Volkswagen Financial Services.
All of these CBC facilities were first introduced as a pilot project with EVM Motors in Kochi, followed by Ramani Motors in Coimbatore. And with the tremendous response received from them, the carmaker has opened this new one in Bengaluru. With more and more customers preferring specialised treatment, we can soon expect more such CBCs to be operational across different cities in India.
