Volkswagen announces special edition versions of Polo, Vento and Ameo

- Sporty add-ons for VW’s affordable line-up of cars 

- Enhancements include a glossy black roof wrap, side wrap, a glossy rear spoiler finished in black and carbon fibre finish for the wing mirrors

- To be sold alongside the standard Polo, Vento and Ameo 

In keeping with the ongoing sports season, Volkswagen India has announced the introduction of the special edition versions of its car range including the Polo, Ameo and the Vento. 

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Steffen Knapp, Director, Volkswagen Passenger Cars India, said, “Volkswagen carlines endows the characteristics of the #BeASport campaign, offering the precision, power and performance as demanded by the Indian customers. With our special editions, we aim to reinstate the cheer, fun and the spirit of driving among our prospective customers this sports season.”

The special edition versions come with a few exterior add-ons to make them stand out from the standard cars. These include a glossy black roof wrap, side wrap, a glossy rear spoiler finished in black and carbon fibre finish for the wing mirrors. The Sport edition versions of the Polo, Ameo and the Vento will be available across all Volkswagen dealerships in India without any price hike.
