As part of its strategic network expansion strategy, India’s favorite luxury car brand Mercedes-Benz has inaugurated two world-class facilities. The newly inaugurated outlets are spread from North East to the West of India, namely - Axom Motors, Guwahati and Benchmark Cars, Ahmedabad. Located on the national highway at NH 37, Sarusajai, Guwahati – 781040, Axom Motors is the indeed the first and the largest 3S luxury car facility in the country’s North East region. The second facility, Benchmark Cars in Ahmedabad, is located at Survey No. 390, 353P, Near Ambli BRTS Bus Stand, Ambli.
Axom Motors in Guwahati is spread across an area of 36,000 sq ft. which is set up at a cost of Rs 4 crores. The 3S luxury car dealership gets six service bays for repairs, maintenance and it also covers sales, service and spares. The Benchmark Cars Ahmedabad facility is set up at a cost of Rs 12.70 crore and is spread across an area of 54,852 sq. ft. Along with 25 PMGR (periodic maintenance general repair) bays and spare part sales, this facility also has 9 exclusive body paint bays and can service up to 42 cars on a daily basis.

The addition of new outlets has helped Mercedes-Benz further strengthen its footing in India with 88 outlets across 41 cities. Moreover, with a series of cars being launched in the country combined with more service units, the automaker stays one step ahead of the rest among.
