Tramontana is a relatively unknown supercar manufacturer that has largely flown under the radar thanks to its quirky design language. However, there's no denying that the cars have performance in spades, and it's going to turn it up to 11 with the upcoming 888bhp XTR.
The XTR will be powered by a 5.5-litre twin-turbo V12 with 888bhp and a staggering 920Nm. They have mentioned a new 'ultra-rapid competition gearbox' but have said nothing else about it. As always, the XTR will have its engine placed behind its occupants and will lay down that power to the rear wheels only. The XTR has also changed its appearance significantly compared to the R, with new designs for the lights, wheels, aerodynamic elements etc. Pricing is expected to be over USD 500,000 which means that there will be few takers for it; just as well, since Tramontana can produce only 12 a year. They're working on increasing production and the number of dealers, so the sales and service will certainly improve. In the meanwhile, book your XTR now for an early delivery.
