Toyota extends service support for flood affected customers in Patna

Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM), along with its dealer partner in Patna, Budha Toyota, has introduced a host of services to customers affected by the aftermath caused by the floods in Patna. The initiative is aimed at speedy repairs and easy insurance claims. A special dedicated number 92636 39658 has been established by Budha Toyota to offer assistance and answer queries from the affected customers.

As a part of the initiative, Toyota India has taken the support of various insurance companies to facilitate spot insurance survey at the location of the damaged vehicles, facilitating the speedy clearance of insurance claims. With an objective to accelerate repairs and offer swift action, supply of special parts is being taken up on priority by TKM and its dealer partner, Budha Toyota. 

Toyota will also offer special services including free of cost estimation of the repairs and nominal part discounts on customer paid portion of the repairs required by their vehicles. Additionally, customers can also avail free of cost towing facility to the dealership through its Road Side Assistance (RSA) program.
