Toyota has introduced its all new telematics service to India named Toyota Connect. This new service will help in better communication between the consumers and dealers.
The company also plans to stay connected with their dealers and customers through this new feature. Toyota believes that 99 per cent of its customers have smart phones making it essential for them to stay connected. With the help of Toyota connect, consumers will be able to get any kind of assistance from Toyota. This includes asking for directions to any destination, booking a service, locating a nearest dealer etc.
Toyota's main intention behind introducing Toyota Connect is to offer convenience and peace of mind to the customers. Hopefully, they will be able to better their services and add to the customer satisfaction.
