The Statesman Vintage Car Rally will be organised on 11 February

The Statesman Vintage and Classic Car Rally will be held in Delhi on 11 February 2018. The rally will witness the rarest of vintage and classic cars in its 52nd edition this year.

This rally will be flagged off from the Statesman House and will culminate at the Dhyanchand National Stadium. This will be on a specially selected route where the vehicles will be assessed for their originality and on-road performance. This is unlike last year, where the participating vehicles were prejudged followed by the exhibition. The cars will anyway be put on display at the National stadium near India Gate and winners will be announced after the rally.

The Statesman Vintage Car Rally is being organised in India since 1964, making it the oldest running car rally in the country. Like every year, this edition is also expected to enthrall all vintage and classic car enthusiasts. The spotlight this year will be on the 1930 Studebaker, 1933 Rolls Royce and a 1947 Buick.
