- Renault-Nissan are planning big for their growth in India. They have already ramped up the production from 200,000 units to 400,000 units in April 2012 and plan to increase the capacity further to 800,000 units by 2016. With plans to have a product line of 20-22 models, from compact car to premium SUVs, Renault-Nissan are looking forward to take the competition ahead and challenge the existing market leaders.
