Tata Motors has organised a monsoon check-up camp for their customers from July 28 to August 2. Tata car owners can get their cars checked at the nearest service centre free of cost.
The company has initiated this campaign to educate their existing customers about periodic maintenance of their cars. They will check the vehicles for maintenance and also recommend parts to be changed and consumables to be replaced so that their customers do not face any issues during the monsoons.
This campaign will be conducted at 585 workshops in 293 cities across India and the consumers will be offered with free car top wash, free 51-points check-up and some discounts on their services. Apart from the check-up, the manufacturer will provide a 10 per cent discount on oil and lubricants, value added services, accessories, and 20 per cent discount on Tata Motors Original Parts and labour charges. They are giving special offers on roadside assistance policies and Rs 1,000 off on battery replacement including buy back of the old battery.
Mayank Pareek, President, Passenger Vehicle Business Unit, Tata Motors said, “Further to the success of the first Mega Service Camp, we are very pleased to announce the roll out of the second phase. We believe that after-market services are imperative to enhance customer experience. This service camp is specially targeted to help our customers overcome issues that are resultant of the monsoons. Sales and Service from Tata Motors is evolving and adopting a customer centric approach, creating new benchmarks and identity for the company."
Such camps from manufacturers are a good initiative to strengthen their customer base in our country. They not only help a car owner to take care of their vehicle and maintain it in a better way, but the company also keeps their consumers engaged and delighted through such offers and discounts.
