-The new Tata Tigor will feature the IMPACT 2.0 design philosophy.
-It will receive updates to the front fascia.
-The Tigor will reportedly come with BS-VI compliant engines at launch.
It looks like Tata Motors is working on the facelift for the Tigor because a test mule was recently spied testing in Pune. The car will receive updates to its exteriors, and the most significant change will be the new Tata Altroz-inspired front fascia with IMPACT 2.0 design philosophy.
The front-end of the new Tata Tigor will be similar to the Tiago facelift, which is also under testing. The car will feature an updated front grille and a set of sharp headlamps. It will even get a new bonnet and redesigned bumpers at the front and back. As a part of the facelift, we can expect the new Tigor to get new features and updated interior trim. The car will get reverse parking sensors and speed alert system as part of the standard safety features.
The Tata Tigor facelift will reportedly feature BS-VI compliant engines at launch. While the car will continue to house the 1.2-litre three-cylinder Revotron petrol engine, we aren’t sure whether the company will continue to offer the 1.05-litre diesel powertrain on the updated model. Moreover, diesel engines will cost significantly more with the BS-VI updates.
