Tata Motors has launched the extended range Tigor EV, with an ARAI certified range of 213 km. The model will be available in three trims including XE+, XM+ and XT+. The Tigor EV extended range variant will be available for both fleet and personal segment customers. The model will be available across 30 cities at a starting price of Rs. 9.44 lakh, ex-showroom Delhi (after deducting Govt. subsidies). The vehicle qualifies for a FAME II incentive for eligible commercial customers.
The Tata Tigor EV will be powered by a 21.5 kWh battery pack with a battery cooling system. Also on offer are two charging ports, one for fast charging and the other for slow AC charging. The model will come equipped with ABS and dual airbags (driver airbag only for XE trim) as standard features. The standard warranty for it stands at three years or 1.25 lakh kms. The Tigor EV extended range variant will be available in three colour options including Pearlescent White, Egyptian Blue and Roman Silver.
Speaking on the launch of the Tigor EV extended range, Ashesh Dhar, Head. Sales, Marketing and Customer Service, Electric Vehicle Business, Tata Motors, said, “ The Tigor EV Extended Range model aptly addresses the requirements of longer-range applications and also provides higher revenue earning potential for our commercial customers. This new version builds on the success of the award-winning Tigor EV, which is already deployed with several fleets and Government customers. This launch reinforces our commitment towards sustainable mobility solutions in India.”

Ex-showroom prices for Delhi:
XE+: Rs 13.09 lakh
XM+: Rs 13.26 lakh
XT+: Rs 13.41 lakh
Ex-showroom prices for rest of India:
XE+: Rs 12.59 lakh
XM+: Rs 12.76 lakh
XT+: Rs 12.91 lakh
