The Tigor EV is available in the XT and XM variants and for now, can only be purchased by fleet and commercial operators. Tata is offering it in white, blue and silver and both variants get ABS with EBD as well as dual front airbags. Â
The XT and XM variants are exactly the same as their combustion engine powered counterparts with the same exterior design, layout and feature list.
Powering the Tigor EV is a 72V three-phase induction motor. This gives it an output of 30kW and 105Nm of torque. It runs on R14 175/65 tyres. In regular charging, the system takes six hours to fully charge a battery but when using a 15kW fast charger, you can reach 80 per cent in 90mins.
