- Gets a new matte paintjob
- To arrive only with an automatic gearbox
Tata has pulled another rabbit out of the hat, revealing the Safari Stealth Edition at the ongoing 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo. This special edition version features changes inside out to set itself apart from the vanilla Safari.
On the outside, the Safari Stealth Edition gets a new matte black paint, new 19-inch alloy wheels, and ‘Stealth’ badging on the front fenders. While Tata did not give us a look at the interior, the official details mention leather seats in Granite Black with a ‘dual decorative design’, new dashboard design, and ‘Stealth’ stitching on the front seat headrests.
The feature list remains the same and hence, the Safari Stealth continues to boast a familiar feature set that includes dual digital displays, iRA connected car technology, ventilated seats for the first two rows, tailgate with gesture control and electric opening functions, dual-zone climate control, and a six-way powered driver seat with memory and welcome functions.
Powering the new Safari Stealth Edition is the staple 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, Kryotec diesel engine developing 168bhp and 350Nm of torque. This motor though, is paired only with a six-speed torque converter automatic transmission. The company is yet to announce the prices of this special edition version of its three-row SUV.
