Tata Motors recently launched a limited edition of the Nexon to celebrate the one lakh sales milestone of this compact SUV. If one remembers, the Nexon Kraz (pronounced as Craze) was introduced last year, but with neon highlights. This time around, it boasts of tangerine coloured highlights making it the second limited edition of Nexon. Take a look at its picture gallery.
In terms of visual updates, the Nexon Kraz edition gets a black body colour and a contrasting silver roof colour combination.
Up front, is a small tweak to the grille in the form of orange accents to match with the orange (tangerine) highlights on the SUV.
The tangerine-coloured contrasting elements can also be seen on the outside rear view mirrors (ORVMs) and on the wheels.
Other than that, this special edition of the Nexon sports a Kraz badging at the back on the tailgate, with the 'Z' letter finished in the same contrast orange colour.
A similar treatment is carried on over to the inside with tangerine accents for seat fabrics, stitching and air-vent surrounds with piano black steering accents, door and console finishers.
Mechanically, the Nexon Kraz Edition is powered by the same petrol and diesel engine options. Both of these come with a choice of a six-speed manual gearbox or an AMT transmission.
Customers can choose from the Kraz (manual) and Kraz+ (AMT), which has been priced at Rs 7.57 lakhs and Rs 8.17 lakhs respectively (both prices ex-showroom Delhi).
