Tata is offering a discount of up to Rs 1 lakh on the Nexon to celebrate the sale of seven lakh units of the Nexon since its launch in 2017. If you go by pure numbers, this is Tata’s most successful car to date beating out the likes of the Indica, Sumo and Safari all of which had been on sale much longer.
The bigger news is that Tata is offering benefits of up to a lakh to those who have booked the car as well as those who plan to buy one. The offers vary from variant to variant and will only be valid till 30 June. For reference, the Nexon has 99 variants across a price span of almost 10 lakh!
Tata gave the Nexon its most significant update in September 2023 the likes of which included a revised exterior design, feature list and a new turbo petrol engine with a DCT. The Nexon is a five-star GNCAP-rated car while its EV sibling recently scored a five-star BNCAP rating.
