Tata's plant in Sanand which produces the world's cheapest car the Nano, was closed for a fortnight. This was done for maintenance purpose and even to align the inventory of the plant.
Tata claims this month to be interesting since it has witnessed more inquiries and the number of footfalls in the Tata showrooms have increased.this year so far, Tata has sold 48,911 units of its Nano.
