Tata Motors was in full swing at the 2016 Auto Expo as it showcased a diverse range of products right from three new cars all the way to a virtual experience to enjoy a drive the Zica compact hatchback.
First up, it unveiled the Kite 5 compact sedan, the Hexa SUV as well as the Nexon compact crossover in production guise. The Hexa and the Nexon will be launched this year while the Kite 5 (which also appeared to be production ready) might be launched early next year.
Tata was also showcasing its personalisation programme for its vehicle and had on display heavily accessorised versions of the Zest compact sedan, Zica hatchback as well as the Hexa SUV.
These cars were joined by the Bolt Sport which is basically a tuned up version of the hatchback. It has been developed by Jayem Automotive whose work on the 1.2-litre mill has resulted in it producing 110bhp and 170Nm of torque. This has given it a 0-100kmph time of 12 seconds.
In addition to these Tata also had on display its massive Prima racing truck which was housed separately due to its massive proportions and unique appearance.
