Tata Motors has lost spot to many manufacturers and plans to revive this by launching new products till 2020. The company will launch two new products every year and will not just put them on sale in the domestic market, but also introduce them overseas. The new cars will be developed through the inputs from the company's different engineering and design centres located in Pune, Italy and the UK. The company has taken many initiatives taken to conserve energy and reduce specific energy consumption by installing several advanced technologies. These include robotics, automated line with automated guided vehicles and ultramodern manufacturing systems and practices, which are in line with world-class manufacturing practices. The company will follow the same process in an endeavour to launch the new upcoming cars.
