Tata Motors has launched a ‘priority test drive’ initiative for the Harrier in India. This facility has been rolled out in partnership with Orix, an innovative leasing and transportation solutions provider. Through this initiative, potential customers can avail a test drive of the Harrier at their doorstep after registering on the company’s website.
Customers can book their test drive online as per the time and location convenient to them. This service will initially be available for customers based in Mumbai and Delhi NCR and will be extended to other cities later. To avail this service, customers have to visit the Harrier website and fill up a form with their details, after which they can select their preferable slot from the multiple dates and time options. Once those details have been submitted, the customer will receive a confirmation for the test drive followed by a call-back from the customer care executive who will help them schedule the same.
