Tata introduces sunroof as official accessory for the Harrier

The Tata Harrier is back in the news and this time around the Indian automaker has introduced a sunroof as an official accessory for the SUV. Available as a Tata Motors Genuine Accessory, it has been priced at Rs 95,100 plus installation charges. 

In an official statement, the automaker has said that The Harrier Electric Sunroof H-300, manufactured by Webasto, will be installed by trained experts from Webasto to ensure seamless quality. It will be offered with a two year warranty from the date of installation.

The sunroof comes with a tinted protective Venus glass that deflects the UV radiation and sun rays regardless of the amount of incoming light, the statement added. This latest introduction from Tata Motors promises to be a much sought after feature among the Harrier customers.

Launched in 2019, the Tata Harrier is the automaker’s most major foray into the premium SUV segment. At present, it is offered with a 2.0-litre diesel producing 138bhp/350Nm and with a six-speed manual. The sunroof accessory is expected to be followed by an all-black Harrier Dark Edition very soon.
