- Expected to share a powertrain with the Curvv EV
Development on the TataHarrier EV has turned a new corner with the spotting of the AWD variant that Tata had announced recently. The Harrier EV will be the largest EV that Tata has made in its now 4 years of travel in the land of electric vehicles.

Showcased first at the 2023 Auto Expo and then again at the 2024 Bharat Mobility Expo in an updated guise, Tata's flagship EV for FY 2025 is expected to have a range of around 500km and will mimic the 2023 facelift for the Harrier. This means things like level-2 ADAS, 360-degree camera, ventilated front seats, powered driver’s seat, dual digital screens and connected car technology with EV-specific features.

We also expect some new USP to come along for the Harrier EV as this will be a new junction that Tata is going to cross and will want to put its best foot forward. We expect the Harrier EV to be followed by a Safari EV and then by the Sierra EV in FY 26. It will take on cars from MG, Hyundai, Kia, Honda, Maruti and Toyota.
