Tata Motors is all set to pull the covers off the production-spec Curvv with the debut of the EV derivative tomorrow, 19 July. Select dealers have already commenced bookings of the coupe-SUV for Rs. 21,000.
On the design front, the new Curvv EV will get a split headlamp design, grille inspired by the Safari, all-LED lighting, sloping roofline, flush-fitting door handles, new alloy wheels, wraparound taillights, and ‘Curvv EV’ badging on the tailgate.
Inside, the 2024 Tata Curvv EV will come equipped with an electric sunroof, ventilated front seats, 360-degree camera, automatic climate control, touch buttons for the AC controls, ADAS suite, fully digital instrument cluster, and a new two-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo.
According to our sources, the Curvv EV will be offered with two battery pack options with a capacity of up to 56kWh. The claimed range is said to be in the ballpark of 550km on a single full charge. This car apart from its coupe SUV rival in the form of the upcoming Citroen Basalt, will also compete against traditional mid-size SUVs like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara, and more.
