BNCAP has released its latest set of crash test results, including multiple models such as the Tata Nexon, Tata Curvv, and Tata Curvv EV. In this news piece, let us take a closer look at the result of the electrified Curvv.
The Curvv EV scored five stars in the Bharat NCAP crash test. The coupe-SUV scored 30.81 out of 32 points in adult occupant protection and 44.83 out of 49 points in child occupant protection. Further, the aforementioned rating is applicable to the entire range of variants available with the Curvv EV.
In terms of safety features, the new Tata Curvv EV comes equipped with six airbags, ABS with EBD, reverse parking sensors and camera, seat belt reminder system, speed alert system, all wheel disc brakes, reverse parking camera, and an Electric Parking Brake (EPB) with auto-hold function as standard. Additionally, it boasts a Level 2 ADAS suite, ESC, blind spot monitor, automatic headlamps and defogger, and rain-sensing wipers.
