Tata Motors revealed the prices of the Curvv EV earlier this week, starting at Rs. 17.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The model is offered in five variants - Creative, Accomplished, Accomplished+ S, Empowered+, and Empowered+ A.
Additionally, the new Curvv EV can be had in five colours, namely Flame Red, Empowered Oxide, Pristine White, Pure Grey, and Virtual Sunrise. Let us now take a closer look at the coupe SUV through a set of pictures.
The fascia of the Curvv EV boasts split LED headlamps, LED light bar, and a wide air dam.
The charging port sits in the centre of the blanked-off grille.
The side profile gets blacked-out ORVMs and B-pillars, sloping roofline, shark-fin antenna, and glossy black cladding.
Also up for offer are 18-inch alloy wheels with aero inserts.
A first for Tata as well as the segment is a set of flush-fitting door handles.
The posterior gets a set of inverted L-shaped LED taillights, integrated spoiler, LED light bar with brake light, reflectors and reverse lights in a vertically stacked layout, and the ‘Curvv.EV’ lettering on the bootlid.
Inside, the Curvv EV features a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The instrument cluster is now a fully digital coloured unit.
Another touch unit now sits in the centre console and controls the AC functions among others.
A dual-pane panoramic sunroof is available with select variants.
The four-spoke steering wheel is borrowed from the Harrier/Safari siblings.
Depending on the choice of variant, you get various colour options for the interior in a dual-tone theme.
The front seats feature a ventilation function.
While the driver seat is electrically adjustable, the front passenger seat receives a six-way manually adjustable function.
The new gear lever for the automatic versions is sourced from the Nexon.
The second-row occupants get AC vents and a Type-C charging port.
It gets a two-step recline function for the second-row seats.
Bootspace stands at 500 litres with all the seats up.
There is also an auto-dimming IRVM to further aid convenience.
An electronic parking brake with auto-hold function is available across the range.
Further, the centre console receives a wireless mobile charger.
Also up for offer is a powered tailgate.
Tata offers six airbags with the Curvv EV.
In the top-spec offering, the Curvv EV features a Level 2 ADAS suite.
The frunk has a storage capacity of 11.6 litres.
