- The Curvv EV will get a four-spoke steering wheel
- Prices to be announced on 7 August
Tata Motors has released yet another teaser of the Curvv EV ahead of its launch that will take place on 7 August, 2024. The EV version will be followed by the ICE derivative by the end of next month.
In the new video shared by Tata, the Curvv EV took to the roads of Sandakphu to showcase its ground clearance and then some more. A quick peek at the interior reveals key features such as a four-spoke steering wheel borrowed from the Harrier and Safari siblings, fully digital instrument cluster, 12.3-inch touchscreen system, faux carbon-fibre finish on the dashboard, and red ambient lighting.
Elsewhere, the new Curvv coupe SUV will get A-pillar-mounted tweeters, auto-dimming IRVM, ADAS button and illuminated logo on the steering wheel, touch controls for the AC functions, engine start-stop button, and chrome door handles.
The 2024 Tata Curvv electric will be available with two battery pack options. The top-spec versions will be powered by a 55kWh unit paired with a single electric motor claimed to return a range of 600km on a single full charge. The lower-spec versions could borrow the 40.5kWh unit from the Nexon EV.
