Japanese car maker Suzuki's Kizashi which was displayed at the Auto Expo held last month in Delhi, is likely to be launched in India by end of this year.
The news was confirmed by Gene Brown, vice-president of American Suzuki Motor Corp. at the Chicago Auto Show where he said that the company plans to drive the product to India very soon, though no exact date was mentioned.
Kizashi will be Maruti Suzuki's foray into the premium car segment mainly dominated by the Hondas and Volkswagens but if reports are to be believed Kizaashi might upset many carmakers for its performance.
Internationally, the Kizashi is priced between $26,749 and $27,484.
