Skoda opens its largest workshop in India

- Coimbatore gets Skoda's biggest service station

- Equipped with 50 bays

Skoda's largest workshop in India was recently inaugurated in Coimbatore. The carmaker aims to strengthen its position in Tamil Nadu by opening such new after-sales facilities in the region.

This new service outlet is strategically situated on the Uppilipalayam Main Road in Sowripalayam. The workspace spreads across an area of 49,585 sq.ft. and over 40 after-sales professionals have been hired. This workshop is equipped with 50 bays and has a capacity to service 20,000 cars annually. What's more, this facility also houses rainwater harvesting capabilities, thereby contributing to Skoda Auto's 'Green Future' vision.

The inauguration of this modern workshop will cater to all the after-sales requirements of customers in Coimbatore and its surrounding regions. It will also push forward Skoda's campaign of establishing a strong foothold in the southern markets in our country.
