Skoda India unveiled its first sub-four-metre SUV, the Kylaq, in the country last month. While doing so, the automaker also announced the price of the entry-level variant. Now, the carmaker is all set to commence bookings for the SUV starting tomorrow, 2 December 2024.
The Skoda Kylaq will be offered in multiple variants with a starting ex-showroom cost of Rs. 7.89 lakh. Mechanically, the SUV will be bundled with a 1.0-litre TSI petrol engine mated to a six-speed manual and an automatic gearbox. This motor is tuned to generate 114bhp and 178Nm of peak torque.
Coming to the features, the top-spec Kylaq will come loaded with a large infotainment screen, digital instrument panel, wireless charger, automatic climate control, rear AC vents, electric sunroof, powered and ventilated front seats, and six airbags as standard.
