Skoda Auto India has rolled out yet another discount scheme for the Kodiaq three-row SUV. The new offer, applicable up to 24 July, has been announced to celebrate seven years of the model in the Indian market.
According to Skoda, the offer on the Kodiaq includes a cash discount of Rs. 2.5 lakh and a few other additional benefits. Applicable exclusively to the L&K variant, it is available across MY23 and MY24 versions and VIN with similar timelines.
Customers can book the Skoda Kodiaq with the aforementioned discounts across three colours, namely Moon White, Lava Blue, and Magic Black. This move by Skoda to offer discounts is likely to be in place to clear the existing inventory of the Kodiaq before the second-generation model is launched in India. The latter has already been spotted during public road tests on multiple occasions, fueling rumours of a launch being just around the corner.
For the uninitiated, the Kodiaq is powered by a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, TSI petrol engine paired with a seven-speed DSG automatic unit. This powertrain is tuned to produce 187bhp and 320Nm of torque, while power is sent to all four wheels via the 4x4 system.
