Skoda Auto India organizes a month long monsoon check-up camp

Skoda Auto India has organized a comprehensive monsoon check-up camp, starting from the 1st of July, 2014 to 31st July, 2014. Customers can visit the Skoda authorized service centres and get their cars checked for free of cost.

As a part of this after sales service initiative, the company will provide a 30 point complimentary check for the Skoda cars. This includes a thorough examination of the AC, engine, steering, battery, electrical system, tyres, brakes, wipers and headlight check-up. Technicians at the Skoda workshop will also get the other exterior and interior inspections done. The complimentary campaign will also educate the customers on basic guidelines to be considered while driving in the rains.

Skoda Auto India says that customer satisfaction is its top priority and through this monsoon check-up camp car owners will benefit a lot and have safe and hassle free long haul journeys during the rains. The manufacturer also had recently arranged a 'Free Pollution Check' program on World Environment Day. We think these are good initiatives on part of Skoda to improve their customer relations and after sales service records, which has received some flak in the past.
