Skoda has announced a new brand campaign for the Indian market. Dubbed Project Delight, It will come into effect from September 1 and contains a comprehensive plan that includes sales, service as well as dealerships.
Firstly Skoda has said that all its dealerships across the country have been redesigned based on their latest corporate design and identity. Changes include a new layout as well as corporate rebranding. Currently 8 dealers have switched over to the new identity and this will expand to 40 by the end of the year.
With regard to their service network, they will introduce things like menu pricing, detailed service invoices and a 4 year/ 1 lakh km warranty. In addition to a comprehensive road side assistance plan there will also be a delivery assurance which assures same day delivery for cars undergoing periodic maintenance.
In a bid to move with the times, the Czech automaker will also introduce a ‘MySkoda’ mobile app which will allow its customer to have access to things like service records, roadside assistance, locate nearest dealer as well as information about the brand itself. Taking the digital dive even further, Skoda will also introduce the iConsultant which is basically an iPad based sales tool that would allow customers to view the whole range of cars digitally as well as make their preferences.
