Audi’s next generation RS5 has been spotted doing the rounds near the Nurburgring racetrack. This car appears to be close to production ready and will slot in above the S5 sedan and cabriolet in Audi’s vehicle lineup. It is likely to make its debut at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show.
This new car will get the latest Audi face, wheels and design philosophy. Under the hood, our sources suggest that this high performance Audi is likely to get a twin-turbocharged 3.0-litre V6 which is expected to produce around 450bhp a 120bhp increase over the standard S5’s 330bhp output.
Expect features like Audi virtual cockpit, latest cabin design and an aggressive body kit which in the photos is camouflaged on the side and only visible through the grey flared wheel arches. Given that this will come to India as a CBU, we can expect that it will be launched a few months after a global debut.
