Juicy details of the upcoming Tata Curvv EV continue to emerge ahead of its launch that will take place on 7 August, 2024. This will be followed by the price announcement of the ICE derivative towards the end of next month.
Under the hood, the Curvv EV will arrive with two battery pack options to choose from. The top-spec version will be a 55kWh unit paired with a single electric motor. According to our sources, this iteration will return a claimed range of 600km on a single full charge. Notably, the DC fast charging option will allow the coupe SUV to attain 100km of range within the first 10 minutes. The details of the lower-spec version are unknown at the moment.
In the features department, the Tata Curvv EV will be equipped with a panoramic sunroof, Level 2 ADAS suite, 360-degree camera, ventilated front seats, and more, and you can read all about these updates on our website.
Expected to arrive with a price tag of Rs. 18-24 lakh (ex-showroom), the new Curvv EV will lock horns with the BYD Atto 3, MG ZS EV, Mahindra XUV400, and upcoming cars such as the Hyundai Creta EV and the Honda Elevate EV.
