Rolls-Royce has stopped making the Phantom as it prepares to develop its successor. After 13 years defining luxury, the current generation of the Phantom has left the stage with a bespoke final model.
The interior of the final example is finished in Powder Blue leather while the exterior is finished in Blue Velvet, completed with pinstripe tyres and a solid silver Spirit of Ecstasy.
The completion of the final model sets the stage for the introduction of the next-gen Phantom which will be underpinned by an all-new aluminium architecture. The next model will be considerably lighter than the current car.
Rolls-Royce will continue its tradition and launch the new Phantom with a V12 engine designed with inputs from BMW. The next Phantom could get a plug-in hybrid drivetrain a little later in its production run.
