This is just taking bling to a whole new level. Believe it or not, the Rolls-Royce Celestial Phantom is a treasure-trove on wheels! With 446 diamonds found on the door-cappings, centre console lid and privacy partition, the model released at the Dubai Motor Show, leaves the Rolls-Royce Celestial Phantom revealed at the Frankfurt Motor Show earlier in September, looking a bit dull in comparison.
The Celestial Phantom which we saw at the Frankfurt Show came with a special headliner featuring fiber-optic lights replicating the night sky on January 1st 2003 when the first Phantom was delivered. Now in this Bespoke offering from Rolls-Royce, apart from the precious additions, the exterior remains the same. The exterior colour scheme evokes the night sky – integrating fine glass particles into the paint to achieve an alluring sense of depth and light. The theme continues when one opens the coach doors of this very special Phantom Extended Wheelbase. The cabin comes wrapped in the finest quality of dusk-hued leather. Luxury at its best is what Rolls-Royce seems to be proclaiming through this extravagant vehicle.
“The Middle East is the largest market for Bespoke in the world and in celebration of this we sought to create something truly special for the Dubai International Motor Show. Every Rolls-Royce is crafted with only the finest materials, extending the Celestial Phantom’s starry night theme with one of the rarest and most precious commodities in the world,” said Torsten Müller-Ötvös, CEO, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.
Also presented at the event were the Phantom Coupé Chicane and the Rolls-Royce Wraith, which made its Middle Eastern public debut.
