- India-spec version is sold as WRV in Japan
- Modified by Damd, a Japanese tuner
The Honda Elevate has made its mark in more countries outside India. The SUV is a hit in countries like Japan where it is sold as WR-V. Now, ahead of the annual Tokyo Auto Salon Show in 2025, a Japanese individual tuner has tuned the SUV with a retro-modified look.
This retro-spec Honda WR-V will debut at the Tokyo Auto Salon 2025 along with other modified cars by the individual tuner. Coming to the design, the fascia of the SUV has been completely redone with a Jeep Cherokee-inspired grille, squared halogen headlamps housed in the metal grille frame, halogen fog lamps, redesigned bumper, and off-road tyres.
Another image of the interior reveals the classic checkered pattern fabric seats finished in bright blue colour, paying homage to the 70s era. Mechanically, the SUV has been left untouched with the same 1.5-litre NA petrol motor powering the SUV with a CVT gearbox doing the transmission duties.
