Renault India periodically conducted free service camps across its dealerships India this year. With more than 400 such free service camps organised till last month, the company has catered to 20,000 Renault customers.
Since January 2014, the manufacturer has continuously conducted Renault Car Clinics that provided its customers a unique 80 points free check-up. Apart from the extensive check-up, these camps also included servicing and cleaning of Renault cars. Trained service personnel also educated customers about their cars, driving rules, how to do the basic maintenance of their car etc. Fluence, Koleos, Duster, Scala and Pulse owners took advantage of these services.
While the cars were being serviced, the customers were kept engaged through different activities. These included tattoo and face painting, mehendi, dart games, jumping castle for the customer's kids, balloon shooting, caricature, painting competition, magic show etc. Some events had basic medical check-ups like eye check, BP check etc. Different products and accessories that will help the customers were also displayed at the event.
A manufacturer's positive growth trend in the market and commitment to their customers eventually reflects on the buyers sentiments and the market conditions in a country. Such timely events from a company keep customers delighted and Renault, with their free service camps and customer engagement activities plan to do the same.
