The seven-seat Renault Triber will be officially unveiled on 19 June. Interestingly, the flexible seven-seat vehicle will measure 3.99-metres in length, thereby gaining the price advantage which is applicable to the sub-compact segment. We expect that Renault will price the Triber in the range of Rs 5 lakhs to Rs 7 lakhs.
The Renault Triber will get a segment-first removable third-row seat that will be capable of manual folding and unlatching operation. This is particularly helpful when you decide to go on a long trip with more space for your luggage. The upcoming vehicle will be based on the modified CMF-A platform. This will mean that the vehicle will be wide and offer a taller roof height, which in turn makes up for a roomy cabin. At the time of launch, the Triber is expected to be offered with four or six airbags (includes side airbags).
The Renault Triber is expected to be limited to a petrol engine. As seen in enhanced teaser images, the vehicle will get a three-slat chrome Renault grille, projector headlamps, rectangular LED DRLs and pronounced hood scoop. The vehicle will also get roof rails and tail lamps that wrap around the edge.
