Renault Triber bookings will commence in India on 17 August. Interested customers can book the Triber online or through any of the 350 Renault dealerships in India, against a token amount of Rs 11,000. Developed for the Indian market, the Triber will be available with a single 1.0-litre petrol engine that produces 71bhp/96Nm.
The Renault Triber is based on a modified CMF-A platform and it gets muscular character lines on the hood and has sporty roof rails. The vehicle draws its design inspiration from the Captur and it sits on steel wheels that look like alloy wheels to save cost without losing visual appeal.. The vehicle further gets sleek wraparound projector headlamps that complement the chrome grille. It also gets LED DRLs in place of the fog lamps and a faux scuff plate.
