Renault has announced a Winter Camp across all Renault service facilities in India from November 19 to November 25, 2018. This winter camp will offer a comprehensive check-up for all Renault cars over the period of seven days.
Renault disclosed that the primary motive behind organizing this camp is to offer a comprehensive car check-up to ensure optimal performance of its vehicles and prepare them for the oncoming winter.
As a part of the Winter Camp, Renault customers can avail up to 50% discount on certain accessories, 10% discount on select parts, 15% discount on labour charges and special discounts on tyres (select brands). Furthermore, registered users of the ‘MyRenault’ app can avail of an additional 5% discount on select parts and accessories.
To top it, the company will provide a 10% discount on ‘Renault Secure’ - its Extended Warranty and Road Side Assistance service. Additionally, there will also be an exclusive plan on ‘Renault Assured’ for customers who’d like to renew their insurance policy. As a matter of fact, several fun-filled activities will also be organised for customers with assured gifts.
Currently, Renault India has more than 350 sales and 264 service outlets across the country, and with such service camps, the brand hopes to emotionally connect to customers as it expands its footprint in India.
